Our Process
Reach Out
Send us a message, give us a call, or fill out our contact form to get started. We’ll ask a few questions: How many acres, your location, and when you’d like samples pulled. We will also have you send a boundary file for each field that you want sampled. Our goal is to get to your farm the same week you reach out, or whenever you would like samples pulled.
2. Pick Your Lab
Every farm and agronomist has a preferred lab. We’ll confirm which lab you’re using, or help you choose one if you don’t already have one. We will also have you choose what nutrients you want testing for. We will handle everything according to your lab’s requirements, from packaging to submission.
3. Choose Your Sampling Type
You will choose if you want 0-6 inch or 0-12 inch samples (can do other depths upon request). Then let us know if you utilize grid samples or zone samples. If zone samples, we will need you to send directed sampling to sample your zones.
4. We Pull the Samples
Once everything is set, we will be out in your fields, typically within the same week, to collect accurate, consistent cores. We label, bag, and organize every sample to your specs, making sure your data is clean and easy to use.
5. Delivery & Results
We ship your samples directly to your chosen lab. Typically, we ship the same day that we pull the samples.
6. Billing Made Simple
Once sampling is complete, we will send a single, straightforward invoice via email based on the number of acres (for grids) or zones you have.
